NEW DELHI: The Centre on Tuesday faulted CM Arvind Kejriwal for getting a protest rally against LG V K Saxena at a time when the Supreme Court is adjudicating the Centre-Delhi conflict over services.

SG Tushar Mehta told the peak court, Constitutional functionaries are staging demonstration rallies.

Protests and theatrics can not be a substitute for court procedures.
