Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi visited patients at the Emergency Hospital on Thursday and spoke to survivors of the previous day'sexplosion.During his visit, Muttaqi directed health personnel of the hospital to pay special attention to the treatment of the injured.
